Stories frequently reflect a Lutheran-Christian perspective, but no sermonizing or lecturing. Popular stories should show how God has intervened in a person's life to help solve a problem. Also needed are seasonal and special interest stories and stories reflecting God's presence in nature. Submit seasonal stories at least 6 months ahead. Submit Thanksgiving or Christmas stories by April 15 for the fall issue. Submit Easter stories by July 15 for winter issue. Pays $35 on acceptance. Accepts reprints (same payment).
